1. What is the return policy for Flow Lingerie?

After your payment is made, and your order not yet been shipped, you will be eligible to request a refund at any time. However, once your package has been noted ‘Shipped’, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund. You can return the item after you receive it. Please note that you need to initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the item.

  

2. What items are not eligible for return?

If the item has been worn, it will no longer be eligible for a return. Additionally, please be aware that we do not accept returns on items that are returned after the specified 7-day return period.

 

3. How do I report order discrepancies or damages?

If you have received a wrong item or if there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the matter. We may either reship a new item or provide you with a full refund, depending on your preference and the specific circumstances.

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you can ship it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will process a refund for you. However, please note that we do not cover the shipping fee for the return. As we sell our products at low prices and international shipping fees can be expensive, we cannot provide reimbursement for the return shipping fee.
